Students who are not residents of Morgan County are required to fill out an
Out of District Application Form prior to enrolling.
In consideration of those who have appointments following yours, please arrive on time and make sure to have all forms printed and completed before you arrive.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate a telephone call to let us know.
*At the time of your appointment, you will be required to pay your registration fees and open a lunch account.

Required Forms
New Student Demographics - Complete as much information as possible
Race and Ethnicity Form - The school is required by law to have this information.
Acceptable Use Policy & Permission Form - This form must be completed and signed by student and parent.
USIIS Permission Form - The form needs to be completed even if permission is denied. Click here for a copy of the FERPA Law.
Medical Information - Required only if student has a medical condition that the school needs to know about.
Parking Permit - For students who will be driving to school and wish to use the school's parking log.
Fee Waiver Application - This form can be turned in at the front office any time during the school year as the need arises.

It may be helpful to scan through the course catalog and master schedule to get an idea of the classes that you could take.
Keep in mind that not all classes are available to all students, but you shouldn't have a problem getting most of the classes you wish.
